Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

We at Kloud Coach strive to provide quality education and learning experiences to our students. If you find that the course you have purchased does not meet your expectations or if you encounter any issues, we have a transparent refund policy in place.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the course content should not have been accessed beyond 20% of its total duration.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our admin team at admin@kloudcoach.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Criteria:

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds may take 8-12 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful or unethical activities on the Kloud Coach Platform, including but not limited to hacking, data breaches, or any actions that may compromise the security of the platform.

Non-Refundable Items:

Any additional resources or materials purchased separately from the course are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

As our courses are delivered digitally, we do not have a physical return policy. Once a course is purchased, it is considered consumed, and no return of the product is applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Kloud Coach:

In the rare event that Kloud Coach cancels a course, registered students will be notified in advance.

A full refund or the option to transfer to another course will be provided.

Cancellation by the Student:

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel a course, please contact our customer support team at admin@kloudcoach.com with your order details and a reason for cancellation.

Transfers:

Students may request to transfer to another course within 7 days of the original course purchase.
